We have a good working relationship with customs and quarantine departments. We act as your agent for quarantine, fumigation, dangerous-goods declaration and manual inspections, help negotiate import prices, and prepare invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin on your behalf.
Our warehouse handles container reinforcement, fumigation, palletising, wooden-case packing, packaging replacement, garment-on-hanger box modification and storage — with a dedicated person on duty 24 hours a day to receive goods.
Through long-term cooperation with Chinese insurers we arrange marine cargo insurance, and we supply fumigation-free pallets (wood or plastic), packing boxes, film and tape, with palletising and wrapping services and no tonnage limit.
